Find the right mindset

How do we become WHO we want to be:

Many people have dreams and goals, but they may be thinking: Why don't I do more about it? Why isn't my dream being realized? Doubts begin to arise, and you can't understand why your dreams aren't being realized.

We are all a product of our upbringing and past. Place, family, society, conversations – everything. The good thing is that it is not your fault that there is something from the past that is blocking your dreams. BUT it is your responsibility to change it. Many become a victim in their own body because they feel sorry for themselves. You have to be able to get over that and let go of the past before you can move on.

It's often a pattern that needs to be broken. It's about visualizing who you WANT TO BE!

Close your eyes and imagine this person, down to the smallest detail:

What do I see, what do I feel, what do I hear, what do I know. Who is the best version of myself? Picture her! What can I do every day to become her?

Say to yourself:

I am an amazing woman, I am an amazing mother, I am an amazing wife, etc.

You have to emotionally feel that person: Put your hand on your heart and say to yourself: I am fanatical!

At the same time, imagine the best version of yourself. Feel gratitude for feeling that version of yourself – feel that you are already her and that you are becoming her.

See the vision, be aware of it, you must feel it and then you must be her!

See your dream person when making decisions. For example, if you see yourself as fit and healthy, keep that in mind when you feel like lying on the couch with cake. How would SHE be to herself?

The unconscious is patterns – it is not good for you. Instead, get a good start to the day – visualize the day, and BE HER! It is not about waiting to be her. You should feel that you already ARE her.

In the evening: Notice and tell yourself if you were good at being the best version of yourself – what can you do better the next day and in what situations were you her?

We cannot change what we are not aware of.

Write down in the evening: What brought you joy during the day, when were you uplifted? When were you brave?

Notice and feel this person in the morning when you visualize them and in the evening when you think about that person during the day.

You have to see yourself before you can change yourself.

You attract other people to you when you are authentic and genuine.
