Prices

At Palette Natura, all prices are in Danish kroner and are stated incl. VAT and taxes. We reserve the right to change prices from day to day without prior consent. Reservations are made for sold-out items.

Payment

Palette Natura accepts payment with Google pay, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT. Reservations are made for price errors and sold out/discontinued items.

Delivery

Palette Natura ships to all of Denmark. Shipping prices from 35 DKK. Goods will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering or to the nearest parcel shop.
Your goods are shipped with Post Nord, Bring or GLS.

For deliveries abroad, shipping costs are calculated separately upon purchase.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, which you will be notified of. If problems arise, please contact Palette Natura at info@palettenatura.dk.
Your item will be shipped 1-3 business days after ordering, unless it is a special order.
Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be stated specifically prior to the purchase of these items.

Right of complaint

There is a 2-year right of complaint according to the Danish Sales Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and/or manufacturing. You can have the item repaired or the price reduced, depending on the specific situation. The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain no later than 7 days after you have discovered the defect/fault. Palette Natura will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

For returns, complaints and exercising the right of withdrawal, please send an email to info@palettenatura.dk.
Cash on delivery shipments are not accepted.

Refund

If it is a refund, please include bank information in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfillment of the refund.

Right of withdrawal

There is a 14-day full right of return on items purchased in our webshop.

The period is counted from that day;
– Where you receive the order.
– Receives physical possession of the last item when it concerns an agreement for several different items, ordered in one order, but delivered individually or in several installments.
– Receives the last batch or last part in physical possession when it comes to an agreement for the delivery of goods consisting of several batches/parts.
– The first item in physical possession when it comes to regular delivery of goods over a specific period.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be notified to us no later than 14 days after purchase and you must return the shipment no later than 14 days after cancellation. The notification must be given by email to info@palettenatura.dk. In the notification, you must clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of cancellation.

If you wish to return the item to us, you must send an email to info@palettenatura.dk before returning it, where you will receive the necessary information.

You cannot cancel by simply refusing to receive the goods without clearly notifying us of this.

Goods excluded from the right of withdrawal

The following types of goods are not included in the right of withdrawal:
– Goods that are manufactured to the consumer's specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch.
– Goods where the seal has been broken.
–Specially produced goods.

Return

You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods. When returning the goods, you are responsible for ensuring that the goods are properly packaged. You must enclose a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we have received them back.
We do not accept packages sent by cash on delivery.

Condition of the item upon return

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as if you were trying them on in a physical store.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt – of the return. In order to receive the full purchase price back, you must therefore test the item without actually using it.

Refund

If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive the amount you have paid to us back, minus shipping.
In the event of a decrease in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, except for shipping.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item, unless you have provided documentation of having returned it before then.
