A healthy morning
A healthy morning contributes to a good start to the day. Here are 5 easy tips for a wonderful morning and a healthy and delicious breakfast.
HOW TO:
- Rinse your face with cold water and finish with facial oil/cream. I love using Glow serum from Nadilakai
- Drink a large glass of cold water with your daily vitamins (I usually take a multivitamin, fish oil and spirulina)
- 5 deep breathing exercises - they ground the body before the day's tasks
- I also enjoy stretching my body to get it going.

A healthy and nutritious breakfast can consist of anything from overnight oats, crispbread with eggs or, for example, protein pancakes. When I make protein pancakes or waffles, they consist of banana, oatmeal, eggs, cinnamon and milk. They are highly recommended.
