
Strawberry-rhubarb dessert
This dessert is delicious on a warm summer evening and doesn't take long to make. However, it needs time to cool down if you want to enjoy it cold☀️
RECIPE:
250 grams strawberries
200 grams rhubarb
80 grams of sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
Mix vanilla sugar with the sugar and add it to the strawberries and rhubarb in a saucepan. You can choose frozen or fresh fruits, it's up to you. Boil everything for 10-15 minutes and then let it cool. You don't need to add liquid as both strawberries and rhubarb give off liquid.
When it has cooled down, put the pot in a glass with crushed macaroons.
